1. Who we are

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or place an order.

3. Products, pricing & availability

• We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• We may limit quantities and may refuse or cancel any order — including after it has been placed — for example if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.
• Product images are for illustration; slight variations may occur.

4. Orders & payment

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm or ship your order.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and by paying you also agree to their terms. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using it fraudulently.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we don't control and aren't responsible for.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
