Refund & Return Policy

At Your Tidy Home, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If you cancel in time, you'll receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it — but you may be able to return it (see below).
To cancel, email info@youtd.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to start a return: Email info@youtd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and send you return instructions, including the correct return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — packages sent without instructions can't be processed.
Return shipping costs
- If you're returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed your mind), you're responsible for the return shipping cost. The amount depends on the carrier you choose.
- If the return is our fault — the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — you won't pay any return shipping.
We don't charge any restocking fees.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@youtd.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In these cases we'll send a replacement or issue a refund without requiring you to ship the item back.
International returns
International orders follow the same process: contact us first and we'll provide instructions. Because international return shipping is often costly, damaged, defective, or incorrect items will normally be resolved with a replacement or refund without a return, rather than asking you to ship the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank — there's often processing time before a refund posts.
- If you've done both and still haven't received it, email us at info@youtd.com and we'll help.
