Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Your Tidy Home. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. A small number of remote or restricted destinations may be unavailable — if we can't ship to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Orders are fulfilled through our warehouse partners and may ship from international facilities, which is reflected in these estimates. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak shopping periods.

United States
- Free standard shipping on orders over $59
- Orders under $59: flat rate of $4.99
International
- Free standard shipping on orders over $89
- Orders under $89: flat rate of $9.99
The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set and collected by your local customs office, not by Your Tidy Home, and are beyond our control. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email info@youtd.com as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before your order ships.
Returned or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or because it went unclaimed:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund the product cost (less any return shipping or handling fees), or re-ship it at your expense.
We can't be held responsible for packages that show as delivered but are reported missing due to an address error.
Delayed, lost, or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days (domestic) or 15+ business days (international), or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, email info@youtd.com and we'll help track it down.
