1. Who we are

youtd.com (the "Site") is operated by Shanxi Qianxiong Network Technology Co., Ltd. (山西千雄网络科技有限公司) ("Your Tidy Home," "we," "us," "our"), Shop 4, Building 1, Block D, Hengji Youth Entrepreneurship City, Shuozhou, Shanxi Province, China. Contact: info@youtd.com. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or place an order.

3. Our products

We sell art prints that are made to order through our production partners. Colors may appear slightly different between screens and printed products, and slight variations can occur between prints. Product images and mockups are for illustration; prints ship unframed unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We try to display everything accurately, but errors can occur. We may limit quantities and may refuse or cancel any order — including after it's placed — for example if a product is mispriced or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

5. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase; a contract forms when we confirm or begin producing your order. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and by paying you agree to their terms. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms. Because items are made to order, please review size and (where applicable) personalization details before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — designs, text, images, logos — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, resold, or used without our permission. Purchase of a print is for personal use and does not transfer any copyright or resale rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, or using it fraudulently.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. 

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated date.
